Data Processing Agreement
For customers subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, DeckLume provides a Data Processing Agreement that includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum.
Request a signed DPA
Email support@decklume.app with your company's legal name, billing country and the name of the person signing. We'll send a countersigned PDF within five business days.
Subprocessors
The current list is on the subprocessors page. Customers with a signed DPA hear about changes in advance.
Standard Contractual Clauses
For transfers outside the EU/EEA or UK, the DPA includes the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 clauses (Module 2: controller to processor) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
